How do you download your purchase?
You will receive an email with a download link. You can also log back into you account and download your purchase from your account.
How long is my download link good for?
Your download link is good for 30 days, after that it will expire. I will happily resend your links for all purchased designs. Please download your freebies as soon as you get them. I am unable to resend freebie links.
Problems with a design?
All designs have been test stitched in each offered size. If you run into a problem with a design, please email me at amy.tcdembroidery@gmail.com, and I will do everything I can to get it resolved as quickly as I can.
Can I resize the design?
If you need a design in a size that is not currently offered, please email me at amy.tcdembroidery@gmail.com. Resizing a design in your software can mess up the stitch pattern and cause it not to look its best.
